Employment law is rapidly expanding and there has been an increase in litigation from employees and former employees. We have experience in working with employers to ensure that correct structures are put in place so that they are not the subject of litigation. This can be done through properly drafted employment contracts, employee handbooks and an understanding of the regulations that must be adhered to.
 
As well as employers, we also work with employees and can advise on employees’ rights. We have experience in bringing claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal. We are also able to help employees understand their rights when it comes to redundancy and company takeovers.
